FREE WEBINAR: Getting Ready for the New Academic Year with QuickSchools

Schools are re-opening!

We’re all ramping up – getting ready for the exciting post-pandemic academic year ahead. If you’re a part of the QuickSchools community, first and foremost, we’d like to thank you for your trust in us. Educating young minds is a commendable and daunting endeavor. We’ll continue to do our best to support your IT needs. As part of our services, we’re offering a free, live webinar to make sure that you’ll put your best foot forward for the 2021-2022 academic year.

The Getting Ready with QuickSchools webinar will take you through the important steps of setting up your account for the upcoming school year. This webinar will be useful to principals and school administrators who are new to QuickSchools or in need of a quick, refresher course in setting up the software. We’ll go through the following workflow:

  • Clearing the test data from the test drive
  • Adding teachers and students
  • Setting up modules, user access, subjects and enrollment
  • Introducing teachers and parents to QuickSchools

This webinar is interactive. Post questions and answer polls during the 30-minute presentation session, and discuss topic further during the follow-up, 30-minute Q&A session.

The Getting Ready with QuickSchools webinar is scheduled for August 19th, with two possible time slots for you to choose from – 10 AM (PDT) / 1 PM (EDT) or 1 PM (PDT) / 4 PM (EDT). If you’re interested, you can register by logging onto your QuickSchools account. The registration link is available on the Teachers’ Lounge page.

Just a friendly reminder. Our Getting Started with QuickSchools webinar is coming up pretty fast. Register now so that you don’t miss your chance to attend!

This webinar is scheduled for July 15th, with two possible time slots for you to choose from – 2 PM (EDT) / 11 AM (PDT) for our North American trial users or 2 PM (HK)/ 4 PM (ACT) for our international trial users. If you’re interested, you can register for the webinar by logging onto QuickSchools. The registration page is available on the Getting Started page as well as the Teachers’ Lounge page (under Home). Just select the time slot you wish to attend. We’ll then send you an email to confirm your registration.

Online Forms Webinar Part II

We had Part I of the Quickschools Online Forms webinar back on May 4th. The webinar specifically described the basics related to the Online Forms module (introduction, installation, key concepts, configuration elements, etc). The slides for that particular presentation can be found in our most recent blog post here: Online Forms Part I.

We have Part II of the Online Forms webinar coming up next week, and we’ll dig deeper into the module by showcasing specific use cases that you all may be interested in. These include examples for applications, re-enrollment, field trip forms, vacation/absence notification, online order forms, and others. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, May 18th at 1pm ET. As we continue our Webinar Series, this May, we’ll be tackling one of our most comprehensive apps available — The Online Forms. This app allows schools to collect data from any user within QuickSchools, or via a Public URL / Embedded Form.
