        We\u2019ve implemented a new \u201cCaseload\u201d field in Step 2 for Teacher Configuration. When this value is set, the system will make sure the total number of students assigned across all sections is not exceeded when running Step 5:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Semester Activation Improvements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        We\u2019ve added new settings when activating a new semester within an Academic Year. When clicking on \u201cConfigure<\/strong>\u201d under \u201cNew Semester Setup<\/strong>\u201d > \u201cView All Semesters<\/strong>\u201d, you will now see a new section for \u201cCopying Subjects<\/strong>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        New options to Copy Subjecting when activating a New Semester<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Also note that when subjects are copied forward, subject custom fields will now be included in the migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Separate First\/Last Name for Online Form Submissions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        When configuring your Form Packet within the Online Forms module, there is now a new setting under \u201cNon-authenticated users\u201d, where you can decide the format for applicants to submit their info:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When this setting is set, submitters will need to save their first and last name separately:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
