With the new <\/span>Sprint D11<\/span><\/a> release, we\u2019ve updated the <\/span>Schoology App<\/span><\/a> to allow the Gradebook Sync to be scheduled between <\/span>QuickSchools<\/span><\/a> and Schoology. Just click on \u201cSchedule Synchronization\u201d button to schedule a new task:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/p>\n

When configuring the task, you can specify for it to run once, or periodically (everyday or every week day) at the specified time:<\/span><\/p>\n

You can review completed and pending Gradebook syncs by clicking on the \u201cSynchronization history\u201d:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/p>\n

Clicking on a Pending record allows you to reschedule or remove the task. This bring up the same dialog box as when you create a new task\/schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

The table also shows the status of previous tasks, and the Output column shows a summary of processed records. Click on the \u201cview\u201d link on more details on which courses\/subjects were processed.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
