Some time back, we talked about new district\/group features<\/a> that were coming out of QuickSchools<\/a> R&D. These features are specifically around linking multiple schools together. This is not only helpful for districts, but also for franchise schools that have multiple sites. We\u2019re tentatively calling this the \u201cEnterprise Edition\u201d. Just to elaborate on the new capabilities afforded by this new improvement, we wanted to share some screenshots.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manage Teacher Access Across Multiple Sites<\/b><\/h2>\n

Once schools are linked together via the Enterprise Edition, you can control access for each teacher across multiple sites:<\/span><\/p>\n

Once access is given, teachers will be able to \u201cSwitch Schools\u201d between sites that they have access to:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Screen<\/p>\n

The \u201cSwitch School\u201d capability is also available to students and parents if configured.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manage Students across Multiple Sites<\/b><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s now possible to view all students within the group, and allow sites to transfer students between schools:<\/span><\/p>\n

Data from each student can also be shared between sites, or left at the original site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manage Access across the district<\/b><\/h2>\n

Sites are still primarily left autonomous (i.e. sites can manage their own access). But a centralized admin team can also create District-Wide Roles, and administer access centrally as well:<\/span><\/p>\n

View Reports for all sites<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Report Creator<\/a> can be configured to report across the entire group, making it easy to compare and contrast how each site is doing:<\/span><\/p>\n
