The app is still in private beta (as of Aug 11, 2014), so if you don\u2019t see it on your <a title=\"QuickSchools App Store\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/category\/app-store\/\" target=\"_blank\">App Store<\/a> menu, please come chat with us to request access.<\/p>\n<p>This first beta version will allow users to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect with your QuickBooks Online Account<\/li>\n<li>Map products\/services in your QuickBooks Online Account with <a title=\"Recent Fee Tracking Improvements\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2014\/07\/01\/fee-tracking-improvements-for-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fee Tracking<\/a> Categories in your QuickSchools Account.<\/li>\n<li>Map customers in your QuickBooks Online Account with either students or primary payers (for <a title=\"QuickSchools Online Payments and Family Billing\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2012\/11\/06\/online-payments-and-family-billing\/\" target=\"_blank\">Family Billing<\/a>) in your QuickSchools account. You have 2 options here: (1) Map and (2) Export. When mapping customers, you\u2019re matching either students in your QuickSchools account, or Primary Payers (if Family Billing is turned on) to customer accounts in QuickBooks:<\/p>\n<figure to note about exporting transactions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can select individual transactions, or groups of transactions to export.<\/li>\n<li>When a transaction is exported, the system notes when it was exported in the last \u201cExport\u201d column on the far right.<\/li>\n<li>Once a transaction is exported, you do have the option of re-exporting the transaction. <span style=\"color:#ff0000;\"><strong>However, this does not update the existing record in QuickSchools. Instead, it re-inserts the record as a new entry in your QuickBooks account.<\/strong><\/span> You will need to offset the original transaction manually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re always looking for ways to improve our software.
