The Test Scores\/Certificates app has been a fantastic addition to the QuickSchools<\/a> app store<\/a>. It\u2019s a powerful app that\u2019s great for high schools, language schools, higher education, and other institutions that need to track standardized test scores for students. Let\u2019s take a look at the app\u2019s awesome system for managing all those score reports.<\/p>\n

First, admins can install the app from the app store. During installation, settings can be configured. It is possible to allow some, any, or all teachers to enter scores, and admins can chose if students can view their own scores in their Student Portal.<\/p>\n

\"Test<\/p>\n

The app can be used to track any type of exam, and it\u2019s especially great for managing students results subscores as well as composite or overall scores.<\/p>\n

\"Manage<\/a><\/p>\n

Creating a test is very simple – it\u2019s just filling in a short form. Once the test is created, adding subscores is a snap as well.<\/p>\n

Fill in this form to name the new test and give it a description.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

After saving the first form, the app will automatically open up the Test Sections menu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Add as many scores, subscores, and sections that the exam reports<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

After creating a test, students\u2019 scores can be entered.<\/p>\n

If allowed, the scores then display in the student\u2019s Portal. It\u2019s a great way to keep students posted on whether their school has received their scores, and of course, to let them see what those scores were!<\/p>\n
