Press \u201cOk\u201d when you are done to create the report cards!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/aD5QoDgPFpaB9lU7hKPH6Cy5BW6q86NEfxTNcsY0UlPn1UI9sEQca7oJR9WyuYakSbsAGNMy03zDxSkCnm9H0NoBPEsHECnzW1G0oxG5421YA8g1QA7wRkXW9A\" alt=\"\" width=\"517px;\" height=\"328px;\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\n8\u00a0&#8211; Check your Report Cards by opening them in the \u201cReport Cards\u201d list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/EXHR4lHGVD2YdnRyiO0uDOaf0LILGNhS0astejdpMqfbK7FDfI7l-TPxXwV04k-joncwnBPEuRkeY8JUSrvhoNqGNvo3GKgoWc241gYwN8dla8-oTP7i4en0fw\" alt=\"\" width=\"624px;\" height=\"240px;\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\n9 &#8211; Enter Custom Marks and Grades in Subject-Based (Report Cards) or directly onto the students\u2019 individual report cards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/Ic53kQKjnnV747X4dOrcUDBtSQU5j7UCiHu4MV6ueyVSUXEpNv74G_CgC_9A6BRXtyL0lh2En-kB1ynfykUIN9wBtZZdQrkwtrAtvUw2kG9QtwASVHItur7-dA\" alt=\"\" width=\"624px;\" height=\"232px;\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\n10 &#8211; When all the Report Cards are finished, lock the Report Card<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Locking Report Cards will prevent editing, and no longer update from the Gradebook<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Report Cards may be unlocked to edit, but they will not update from the Gradebook<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If the Report Cards are locked and Activated, they will be posted to the Students\u2019 records and Parent and Student Portals, if Gradebook\/Report Cards is enabled for parents and students<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To lock, first go to \u201cSetup Report Cards\u201d and click \u201cManage\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/2Ntg38KDHQBhW4oldkFrO7vAY_FNGWBu_KlUSyQQS-UrMGWIkyC10xnzhjp7BUhlhQojWvKoMfZU4ngDVHT0UnGml9q7DVFZd9HjSwVvq9LlIa1qbAlmVu49zQ\" alt=\"\" width=\"350px;\" height=\"81px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Then, click the \u201cLock Report Card\u201d button!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/DTZvKk9AL6KDXGMr4BxbbKEUGeFhDZEg5isUjyQf4B7UMHkj9v8eYEtyhpMl8mMuoCWgE-8kbnWt86X4OWlL2fgHowvEVQuJEm4yWojZ395AGQTnXh8uy15_kg\" alt=\"\" width=\"563px;\" height=\"193px;\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8230;and that\u2019s it! Now, you\u2019ve made, filled in, and locked a brand new batch of Report Cards.
