The Test Drive is designed to quickly show you how the modules work by creating sample test data. Note that this will also remove some of the menu items along the top (if you had originally enabled the module via the test drive). Not to worry. The most important information to have is the teacher\u2019s name and email address. Although you may opt to invite the teachers later, it\u2019s important to give teachers access quickly, so that they can start getting familiar with QuickSchools right away. You\u2019ll need to set up teachers before you can continue with many of the remaining steps. We support all kinds of fields for import, including <a title=\"QuickSchools Module-Based Custom Fields\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2013\/05\/02\/new-module-based-custom-fields\/\">Custom Fields<\/a>. You can read more about this strategy here:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2013\/04\/29\/key-to-a-successful-roll-out\/\">http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2013\/04\/29\/key-to-a-successful-roll-out\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Setting up Subjects and Enrollment<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re using the <a title=\"New Gradebook Features on\u00a0HTML5\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2012\/09\/26\/new-gradebook-features-on-html5\/\">Gradebook<\/a> and <a title=\"Sample Report Cards for K8\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2013\/04\/12\/quickschools-is-great-for-primary-k-3k-8-schools\/\">Report Cards<\/a> module, then you\u2019ll definitely need to set up subjects, and enroll students into subjects. Your Gradebook and <a title=\"Subject-Based\u00a0Attendance\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.quickschools.com\/2013\/07\/18\/subject-based-attendance\/\">subject-based attendance<\/a> rosters are based on enrollment into the subjects (and remember, student can be enrolled into subjects from any grade level).
