Paula Randall goes above and beyond her job description, putting extra effort in helping her students find progress in the program. Where many teachers may fall short of what is expected due to lack of motivation, Mrs. Randall searches deep within to teach with love and compassion.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:medium;\">\u00a0<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:medium;\">It is easy so be inspired by Mrs. Randall&#8217;s dedication. She works long hours while taking care of her family as well. Her individualized attention to her students provides her with the insight needed to help each one reach their full potential. Even when everything around has an air for negativity, Mrs. Randall makes sure that her classroom is a safe, positive outlet for everyone who comes in. She always has time for her students, time to help a colleague and time to be a great friend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:medium;\">Mrs. Randall has been a true example of the love for teaching, by adapting, growing and always putting the needs of others before her own.
